Throughout my career in aviation, air traffic control, logistics, and military service, I’ve learned how important thoughtful planning, clear communication, and attention to detail can be. Those experiences taught me how to anticipate challenges, coordinate complex moving parts, and remain focused on what matters most: creating a smooth and dependable experience for the people I serve.
